WUXI JINTONG HIGH PERFORMANCE FIBRE CO., LTD was founded in 1994, after a decade of study and research, we’ve been dedicating to improvement of production in the field of industrial polyester(PET) monofilament since 2005, it requires a higher standard for physical properties，process stability and conformity of production. Through protracted and unremitting efforts, we have successfully achieved major breakthrough in fine-denier yarn technical difficulties in production and became the first well-accredited domestic enterprise that is qualified to make mass production of high-end PET yarn for screen printing mesh. As the industry pioneer and leading enterprise, with constant effort and competitive price-performance, Jintong has promoted the rapid development of domestic screen printing weaving enterprises.

In the past five years, JINTONG has continuously developed new products and new applications in downstream industries, actively expand domestic and overseas markets while maintaining the competitive advantage of fine denier PET monofilament. Our self-developed BIODEGRADABLE PLA monofilament can be applied to the GREEN FOOD packaging. Newly launched products ：PBT/PA6 skin-core conjugated monofilament for sport footwear and clothing, cool-feeling polyethylene (PE) yarns for high-end customized home textile have achieved satisfactory growth. JINTONG has acted proactively and with an innovative approach, we work closely and exchange ideas with customers to satisfy most needs.

We have put emphasis on R&D and innovation, JINTONG as drafting committee, was entitled to formulate four industrial standards of monofilament, including 《PET MONOFILAMENT》《PA66 MONOFILAMENT》《PLA MONOFILAMENT》《LMPET/PET COMPOSITE MOFONILAMENT》; and participated in drafting two industrial standards, including《PP MONOFILAMENT》《HIGH SHRINKAGE PET》. Many years of experience help us to gain technical superiority in the field of monofilament of synthetic fibre, we have mastered multi-core-technologies in the production and processing of high-molecular polymer fibre.

    JINTONG was founded in 1994, after a decade of exploration and research, our company has mastered the core technologies of production of conventional PET monofilament and PA6 monofilament, also has detailed knowledge of the complete process of R&D, production, sales. With unremitting efforts in R&D investment, technology improvement, market promotion, our products have obtained market recognition and a good reputation.
    In 2004, JINTONG was honorarily named as “HIGH-TECH ENTERPRISE”, our product ”POLYESTER MONOFILAMENT” for screen printing mesh was awarded the title of “JIANGSU SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY HIGH-TECH PRODUCT”.

    With ten years of deep knowledge and experience, in 2005, the company decided to make a strategic adjustment and put more effort into the research of the subdivisional field of industry PET monofilament, it requires highly specialized technology and professionalism, the manufacturing processing is more challenging but comes with higher added-value. With the increasing of new products with physical properties “High tenacity & low elongation monofilament ” has enriched the company products portfolio.

    In 2016, the company aimed at the research and development of new products to better serve the needs of various downstream industries, we succeeded in bulk production of cool-feeling PE filament, PBT/PA6 skin-core composite monofilament, biodegradable PLA monofilament, etc.. which involve sport footwear&clothing, food packaging, consumer electronics, etc.., meanwhile the task of continuous quality improvement of PET monofilament was non-negligible.
